HUME CITY COUNCIL
Hume City Council is located north of Melbourne and has a wonderful, culturally diverse population. During my contract with them, which I retained for several years before I stepped back, I worked on hundreds of items including a full brand upgrade, which included their extensive style guide. The challenge was to retain the exisiting logo yet come up with something fresh and exciting that encompassed the familiarity of this older brand. This then dictated the new style that was to be applied across their entire in-house and external designs, to unify their brand consistency. From banners, newsletters, varying department collateral and brochures, signage, socials, annual reports, and numerous community based event promotional items. The variety of items and departments I worked with was extensive.
